Training and Capacity Building

Development and implementation of environmental training and capacity building programmes with a focus on SIA, SEA and EIA. Programmes include development and facilitation of training courses for government officials in South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland and Namibia.

Tony Barbour has also been involved in the lecturing and teaching at an under and post-graduate level since 1990. The areas of interest include SIA, SEA, EIA, Environmental Economics and Waste Management.
